Holistic Wellness Spa Policies
Vita Revive is a Wellness & Spa with an stress free atmosphere of pure relaxation. We provide services ranging from body treatments, massages, waxing, and facials. We provide a showering facility for those clients that receive body treatments to let you leave completely refreshed and rejuvenated.

Reservations
Please allow additional notice when booking for 2 People or more, holidays and weekends. All Vita Revive Organic Wellness Spa Packages and multiple treatments must be guaranteed with a credit card or a gift card. Younger Guests – Guests must be 18 years of age or older to use the Spa facilities, younger guests must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Arriving For Your Appointment
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, so that we may gather all necessary pre-service information and for you to enjoy our relaxation room and complementary refreshment bar. In addition, this allows us to provide you with the best service by maximizing the time you receive for your full Tranquil Moments Experience. Just as our name states the atmosphere in the salon and spa is casual, relaxed, and tranquil.

Tranquil Environment
The Spa is an environment for relaxation and tranquility.
Please respect all of our guests’ rights to privacy and quiet by turning off cellular phones before entering.

Personal Possessions
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss of or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories. We ask you to remove all jewelry before any service. We recommend leaving your jewelry at home.

MAXIMIZING YOUR Vita Revive Wellness SPA EXPERIENCE
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first treatment. Arriving late for your scheduled service will deprive you of valuable treatment time. To avoid delaying the next guest, your treatment will end on time regardless of how late your service began.

Our Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel or reschedule your spa service, please let us know 24 hours ahead of time to avoid being charged for a scheduled treatment. 2 People or more who are booking services in the Spa require a 24-hour guarantee. The Spa strictly adheres to its cancellation policy.

SPA GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included for spa services and is greatly appreciated. For your convenience, gratuity envelopes are located at the spa reception desk.

Our pricing and promotions may be subject to change without notice. Promotions cannot be combined. Please inquire about current pricing when scheduling your services.
